Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

CodeDynamo is a sole proprietorship operated by Rahul Vishwakarma, based in India. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the person using the site.

2. Your account

You need an account to buy anything or to save work. Keep your login details to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Give us accurate details; an account created with someone else's identity may be closed.

You must be at least 16 years old to use CodeDynamo.

3. What you are buying

Purchases give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the item on this platform. You are not buying ownership of the course, template or code, and you may not resell it, share your access, or redistribute the material.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects something you have already paid for.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Access is unlocked once the payment provider confirms the payment — if a payment fails, no purchase is created.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: delivered digital items are final, and billing errors are always put right.

5. What we promise, and what we don't

We work hard to keep the material accurate and the site available, but we provide it as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or retire features.

Nothing on CodeDynamo is a promise of a job, an interview, or a particular result. Our resume tools give an ATS-readability score and suggestions based on automated checks and AI analysis. They are guidance, not a guarantee that any employer or applicant tracking system will accept your resume.

6. Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• share, resell or republish paid material;
• copy the site, scrape it in bulk, or try to bypass payment or access controls;
• upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use the code playground to attack, mine, or otherwise misuse our infrastructure.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is deliberate — reselling paid material, for example — we will not refund what remains.

7. Your content

Your resumes, code and submissions stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your work, render it into PDFs, score it, and show it to a reviewer if you buy a review. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

8. Our content

Courses, lessons, templates, project code and the site itself belong to us or our licensors. Your licence to use them ends if your account is closed for breaking these terms.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to CodeDynamo is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings or missed opportunities.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means accepting it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
