This describes the data CodeDynamo actually holds about you and what happens to it. It is specific to this site rather than generic β if something is listed here, we really do collect it.
When you create an account: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, GitHub or Discord, we receive your name, email and profile picture from them β never your password.
What you put into the product: your profile details, the resumes you build (including any photo you upload), resumes you submit for review, code you run in the playground, practice submissions, and messages you send us.
When you buy something: your order history and invoices. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details never reach CodeDynamo β payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, and we only receive whether the payment succeeded and a reference number.
Automatically: a session cookie so you stay signed in, and basic technical logs used to keep the site running and to investigate errors.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Running the site means trusting a small number of providers. Each one sees only what it needs:
Resumes are personal, so they are treated as private by default. A resume you build or upload is visible to you and, if you buy a human review, to the reviewer handling it. It is never published, listed publicly or shown to other students.
A photo you add to a resume is stored only so it can be placed on your PDF. Adding one is optional, and removing it deletes it from your resume.
Account and course data is kept while your account exists. Payment and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, even after an account is closed β we are not allowed to delete those on request.
Email rahulvsk2457@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove your account, resumes, uploads and profile within 30 days, keeping only the payment records mentioned above. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct anything that is wrong.
Passwords are stored hashed, the site is served over HTTPS only, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise β if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.
CodeDynamo is intended for students aged 16 and over. If you believe a younger child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.
