Refund & Cancellation Policy

Everything sold on CodeDynamo is digital and is delivered to your account the moment payment succeeds. Please read this before you pay — it says plainly what is and isn't refundable.

1. Everything here is digital, and sold as final

Course access, mentorship bookings, resume reviews, AI analysis credits, resume templates, resume PDF downloads and project source code are all delivered immediately and cannot be returned or un-viewed.

Once an item has been delivered to your account, the payment is final and is not refundable. That includes cases where you change your mind, no longer need the item, bought the wrong one, or did not use what you bought.

2. When we do refund you

Some situations are billing errors rather than purchases, and those are always put right. We will refund you in full if:

you were charged more than once for the same item;
money left your account but the item was never unlocked on CodeDynamo;
we cannot deliver what you paid for — for example a mentorship session we are unable to hold, or a review we do not complete;
the charge was not authorised by you and this is confirmed with the payment provider.

You never have to argue for these. Write to us with the order number and we will check the payment record ourselves.

3. Failed payments

If a payment fails, no purchase is created. Where a bank has already debited the amount on a failed attempt, the payment provider returns it automatically — normally within 5–7 working days. Nothing is required from you, and nothing is owed to CodeDynamo.

4. Cancelling a mentorship session

A booked session can be rescheduled by contacting us before the session time, subject to the mentor's availability. A session that is missed without notice is treated as delivered and is not refundable.

5. How to raise a billing problem

Email rahulvsk2457@gmail.com or call 9140680890 with your order number and what went wrong. We reply to billing queries within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank usually credits it within 5–7 working days after we process it; that final step is controlled by the bank, not by us.

6. Who you are dealing with

CodeDynamo is a sole proprietorship operated by Rahul Vishwakarma, based in India. You can reach us any time through the contact page. This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under Indian consumer law. Where the law gives you a remedy we have not offered here, the law wins.
